Henry Townsing

Henry was appointed as chairman of Vita life Sciences in May 2021. He is also the chairman of the company’s Board Nomination and Renumeration Committees. Henry brings over 30 years’ experience in corporate finance and private equity and has served as director of the company from 1985 to 1992 as well as 2004 to 2009 and reappointed as director in December 2011.
